Arrowhead is structured as a two-sequence collaborative learning course led by Dr. Kelly Kelly in the School of Communication. The curriculum is centered around the competition. And the team is student-led with specialized groups working within a hierarchical structure under the direction of the team captain and directors.

Students are assigned to specialized teams, each focusing on a key area of the campaign planning process: research, strategy, creative, public relations, media and design. The teams collaborate closely ensuring they work as a single cohesive, cross-functional group throughout the process.

Applications open in spring for the next acaedmic year.

We welcome students from all backgrounds and majors to apply. We look for enthusiastic people who want to work in business or the industry and who have demonstrated their desire and their focus through a body of work developed during classes, internships, extracurriculars, entrepreneurship, or other professional opportunities. Commitment to your chosen area of study is also important for consideration — i.e. GPA, accolades and awards. If this sounds like you, apply!
